View original imageThe Korea Institute of Design Promotion and the Royal College of Art (hereinafter RCA) signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen design exchange cooperation at the RCA campus on the 13th (local time). This agreement was promoted to develop high-quality educational programs through cooperation between the two institutions with the aim of nurturing excellent design talents with a global mindset and competitiveness.
The Institute and RCA will collaborate to jointly plan and hold design education programs held in Korea and the UK, as well as educational programs on topics such as design thinking and design innovation. In addition, next year, a design workshop involving students from both countries is scheduled to be held at RCA. Furthermore, the two institutions will mutually support activities to share design knowledge, information, and technology, and to raise awareness of design.
