A man in his 30s was arrested by the police on suspicion of driving under the influence. The man's blood alcohol concentration was reported to be above 0.08%, the level for license cancellation.

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Gun-chan] A man in his 30s was arrested by the police in Incheon after driving under the influence and crossing the center line, colliding with an oncoming vehicle.
Incheon Western Police Station announced on the 13th that they have detained and are investigating a man in his 30s, Mr. A, on charges of drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act and the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of driving an SUV under the influence at around 11:20 PM on the 12th on a road in Geumgok-dong, Seo-gu, where he crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming passenger car.
As a result of the accident, four people, including Mr. A and his passenger, as well as two occupants of the other vehicle, were injured and transported to a nearby hospital by the 119 emergency medical team for treatment. All the injured are reported to be in stable condition without life-threatening injuries.
Mr. A's blood alcohol concentration measured immediately after the accident was reported to be above 0.08%, the level for license cancellation.
