Over 700 Participants... Gifts Given Through a Draw
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong-gun Public Health Center announced on the 10th that the ‘2022 Online Hanmaeum Dementia Overcome Walking Event,’ held for two weeks from the 23rd of last month to prevent dementia, was successfully concluded.
This event was organized to improve awareness of dementia and promote the practice of preventive measures, with about 700 residents of various age groups participating.
Among the participants, 200 who achieved 100,000 steps, 30 who completed dementia education, and 70 who submitted certification photos and reviews were awarded gifts such as tumblers and scales through a lottery.
Mr. Kim, who participated in the event, said, “It was a good time to walk with my family after a long time and comfort my body and mind tired from COVID-19.”
