Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office to Invest 70 Billion Won in Annex Expansion
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office plans to build an annex building at a cost of over 70 billion KRW.
The Ministry of Justice announced a "General Design Service Public Contest for the Expansion of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office" on its website on the 9th.
The Ministry of Justice plans to expand the current 5-story annex of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office to a building with 2 basement floors and 15 above-ground floors. The estimated construction cost is approximately 77.4 billion KRW.
The Ministry of Justice will hold an on-site briefing session at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on the 17th and plans to accept submissions for the contest until September 8. The winning design will be announced on the Ministry of Justice website on October 4.
