Improving Small Business Job Perception Through On-Site Visits to Outstanding Small and Venture Enterprises
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 7th that it is recruiting the 5th 'Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group' (hereinafter referred to as the Experience Group) to improve young people's perception of jobs in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Experience Group is a program where job seekers such as university students visit the sites of small and medium venture companies with Kibo employees, experience Kibo's technology evaluation process, and write experience reports to introduce to job seekers.
Kibo is recruiting Experience Group members through email applications until the 16th. The recruitment targets are young people aged 18 to 35, including university students and Meister high school students. Based on the motivation for application and activity plans submitted by applicants, 150 Experience Group members will be selected through document screening.
Experience Group members will engage in activities such as writing experience reports introducing excellent small and medium enterprises through field visits to small and medium enterprises. The written experience reports will be posted on the 'Experience Group Exclusive Post' on Kibo's official blog and used as promotional content for excellent small and medium venture companies.

Director Lee Eun-il of Kibo said, "This Experience Group event is expected to be a good opportunity to inform job seekers about good jobs at excellent small and medium venture companies experiencing manpower shortages," adding, "Kibo will continue to actively carry out various social contribution activities that can help young job seekers, such as job creation."
