Gyeonggi-do to Publish Revised Edition of 'Key Land-Related Laws Explained' on the 7th
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province has published the '2022 Commentary on Major Land-Related Laws,' which contains explanations of key land-related laws.
This revised edition includes the main amendments and revisions of 39 land-related laws across 11 fields such as national land, urban development, housing, industrial complexes, and logistics complexes from April last year to April this year.
The amendments to individual laws are highlighted with shading, and statistical data on ordinances from 31 cities and counties within the province, as well as the status of urban housing projects under the jurisdiction of the Urban Housing Office, have also been incorporated.
An official from the province explained, "This was created so that officials from Gyeonggi Province and the 31 cities and counties can use it for efficient work promotion," adding, "It was also designed to allow residents to easily access land-related laws."
