Four ready-to-eat meals launched by Seven Eleven in collaboration with the kimchi brand Jongga.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Seven Eleven announced on the 7th that it will release four types of convenient meals, including Yeolmu Bibimbap and Yeolmu Bibim Noodles, in collaboration with the kimchi brand Jongga Jip.
Jongga Jip Yeolmu Dosirak is characterized by the sweet and sour, refreshing taste and crunchy texture of Jongga Jip Yeolmu Kimchi that stimulates the appetite. The pouch containing the Yeolmu Kimchi is included whole, increasing the amount of Yeolmu Kimchi by 60% compared to the existing Yeolmu Dosirak. Yeolmu Bibimbap contains Jongga Jip Yeolmu Kimchi, six kinds of domestic fresh vegetables, a fried egg, gochujang, and sesame oil, while Yeolmu Bibim Noodles harmonize special bibim sauce, egg, cucumber strips, and sesame oil.
On the 14th of this month, Seven Eleven will launch upgraded Kimchi Fried Rice and Tuna Kimchi Gimbap by adding Jongga Jip Kimchi to the existing best-selling menu. The Kimchi Fried Rice maximizes the taste of rice by using an induction heating (IH) pot that evenly distributes heat throughout, and the Tuna Kimchi Gimbap is richly composed by increasing the amount of Jongga Jip Mat Kimchi and tuna topping.
