The communal meal support project during the busy farming season aims to reduce the household burden on female farmers and improve agricultural productivity by supporting communal meals at the village level.
In this training for the smooth implementation of the communal meal support project, village representatives and cooks were guided on project implementation guidelines, food poisoning prevention measures, and other hygiene-related matters to ensure clean and safe food through thorough hygiene management.
Through this project, each of the 63 villages with communal meal facilities and meal workers will receive 2.2 million KRW per village for meal expenses, which can be used for cooks' wages, food supplies, or side dish and lunchbox delivery costs.
