According to the animal rights revolution group 'Catch Dog Team' on the 3rd, a passerby discovered a dog tied with a rope running on a treadmill at a breeding facility in Suseong-gu, Daegu, past midnight on the 1st, and reported it to the local district office.
Witness A explained on Instagram, "It was a place brightly lit like broad daylight past midnight, and I saw a dog struggling to run on a treadmill in front of a man. The dog was tied with a rope so it couldn't jump off." He added, "In front of the treadmill, a young-looking cat was confined in a small cage like a birdcage, exhausted and collapsed."
