[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] S-OIL announced on the 3rd that it donated 330 million KRW through the 'Gas Station Sharing N Campaign' to the Korea National Council on Social Welfare at its gas station in Yeomni-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
The campaign is a community-based social contribution program that supports neighbors at welfare facilities near gas stations by utilizing S-OIL gas stations in each region. A total of 300 S-OIL gas stations and employees from the sales division participate, delivering donations to local welfare facilities such as children's centers, facilities for the disabled, and elderly care centers. Volunteer activities such as facility cleaning, meal service, and accompanying cultural experiences are also regularly conducted.

Since 2011, S-OIL has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare to operate the 'Gas Station Sharing N Campaign' program, a gas station-linked community social contribution initiative. Over the past 12 years, it has supported a total of 4.4 billion KRW by matching 3,430 gas stations with welfare facilities.
