Ssangyong Motor Adds 'Advance' Trim to New Rexton Sports & Khan... "Strengthening Entry Models"

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] SsangYong Motor announced on the 3rd that it will add the 'Advance' trim to the New Rexton Sports and Khan and start sales.

The New Rexton Sports and New Rexton Sports Khan were operated with four trims each: Wild, Prestige, Noblesse, and Expedition. By newly adding the Advance trim to strengthen the entry model, the lineup has expanded from a total of 8 to 10 models, allowing customers to choose according to their usage and circumstances.

The Sports & Khan Advance is based on the entry-level Wild trim, applying the most selected specifications by customers as standard and enhancing cost-effectiveness with a reasonable pricing policy. The lineup was strengthened to offer various models so that customers can choose according to their economic conditions.

The Sports & Khan Advance, based on the Wild model, includes standard convenience features such as ▲8-inch smart mirroring package, ▲leather and heated steering wheel, ▲driver's power and lumbar support, ▲driver's ventilated seat, ▲18-inch alloy wheels, ▲Hi-Pass system & ECM room mirror, ▲auto light control, and ▲rain-sensing wipers to improve cost-effectiveness.

Additionally, the Sports Advance, like all trims of the Sports Khan, also includes ▲6-speed automatic transmission, ▲electronic power steering wheel, ▲projection headlamps, ▲LED front fog lamps, and ▲LED DRL & LED turn signal lamps as standard.

Furthermore, a new Popular Package is offered for the New Rexton Sports & Khan Prestige and Noblesse models, which cost-effectively includes the most selected specifications by customers. The Popular Package offers premium options worth approximately 3.8 million KRW, including the four-wheel-drive system, ISG system, 9-inch navigation, and exterior package, for 3.42 million KRW.

The top-tier Expedition model includes the highly preferred deck easy open-close feature as standard without a price increase, maximizing consumer convenience when using the tailgate.
