UAE Achieves 100% COVID-19 Vaccination Rate... "Effectiveness Confirmed"

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has completed COVID-19 vaccination for its entire population.
On the 2nd (local time), the UAE Ministry of Health announced in a statement, "COVID-19 vaccines have been provided to all members of society to achieve immunity," and "100% of the target population has completed vaccination." The Ministry also reported that the vaccine has been effective in reducing severe cases and suppressing the spread of the virus.
Previously, in November last year, the UAE announced that it had achieved a 100% first-dose vaccination rate. The total population of the UAE is approximately 10 million.
