This labor assistance was planned to help the farming household facing difficulties in securing workers due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the hot weather, it was a meaningful time to understand the hardships of farming and the challenges faced by the household, while serving the local community.
After receiving useful information from the farming household about mountain vegetable cultivation methods, benefits, distribution, and sales, and explanations about the work procedures, all employees worked hard to contribute even a little to the forestry workers.
Forestry worker Mr. L expressed his gratitude, saying, “I was very worried about the labor shortage, but the forest department employees came and helped as if it were their own work, which was a great help.”
