On the second day of voting, voting began simultaneously at polling stations nationwide from 6 a.m. Among the total 44,303,449 eligible voters, 6,046,331 have voted.

The region with the highest voting rate so far is Jeonnam (22.39%). This is followed by Gangwon (17.53%), Jeonbuk (17.27%), Gyeongbuk (16.25%), and Chungbuk (14.56%). The lowest turnout was recorded in Daegu at 9.64%, followed by Gwangju (11.44%), Gyeonggi (12.29%), Busan (12.38%), and Daejeon (12.8%). The voting rates in the metropolitan area are Seoul 13.5% and Incheon 13.06%.
