Man Who Secretly Sold Younger Sibling's Belongings Caught After 2 Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] A man who secretly sold home appliances at his younger brother's house and disappeared was caught by the police after about two years.
The Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul announced on the 27th that they arrested Mr. A, who was wanted for theft and fraud charges, on the 19th.
It was investigated that in July 2020, Mr. A contacted his younger brother Mr. B, saying, "I need a place to stay for a while, can I stay at your house?"
While staying at the house, Mr. A took advantage of Mr. B being away, called a used goods dealer to the house, sold home appliances worth about 2 million won including Mr. B's computer tower and monitor, and then disappeared.
