'Sexual Harassment Trial Underway' B.A.P Himchan, Booked Again on Charges of Indecent Assault
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Himchan (real name Kim Himchan, 32), a member of the idol group B.A.P, who is on trial for sexual assault, has been accused again of the same charge.
According to the police on the 26th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul has booked Himchan on charges of sexual assault and is investigating after securing CCTV footage. Himchan was accused of sexually assaulting two intoxicated women on the external stairs of a bar in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, on the 17th of last month.

Previously, Himchan was prosecuted for forcibly sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s, Ms. A, at a pension in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, in the early morning of July 24, 2018, and was sentenced to 10 months in prison in the first trial. The appeal trial is currently underway.
