View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] T map Mobility announced on the 26th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SK Signet, a manufacturer and operator of electric vehicle chargers, for the development of electric vehicle charging and new services.
The two companies plan to link T map Mobility's QR charging service to all chargers operated by SK Signet within this year and jointly develop the commercialization of Plug & Charge (PnC) and membership services.
They also plan to conduct joint research on charging infrastructure using traffic volume information owned by T map Mobility.
Lee Jong-ho, CEO of T map Mobility, said, "We will maximize the business synergy between the two companies to lead the electric vehicle charging business."
Shin Jeong-ho, CEO of SK Signet, added, "We aim to provide high convenience to electric vehicle users and will develop advanced services together to achieve this."
