KT Alpha held a ‘New Brand Launch Ceremony’ yesterday at the K Shopping Media Center in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, unveiling its new brand vision and slogan. By rebranding its main commerce brand to KT Alpha Shopping, linked with the corporate name, KT Alpha aims to leap forward as KT Group’s flagship commerce platform and strengthen KT Group’s trustworthiness, customer recognition, and brand identity. The new slogan, ‘Everyday becomes Alpha,’ embodies a promise to enrich customers’ daily lives and a commitment to provide an easier, more convenient, and faster shopping experience until every customer becomes the best.
Starting from the 1st of next month, KT Alpha Shopping will implement a revamp reflecting the new brand value along with the new brand. The UI/UX of TV and mobile app screens will be changed to be more user-friendly and intuitive. Through this, the service will be enhanced to allow easy and simple progression from platform entry to product search and ordering.
