According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 23rd, the highest temperature in Seoul reached 30.7 degrees Celsius, the highest this year. On the 24th, temperatures are forecasted to be 2 to 5 degrees higher than the average temperatures (morning 11?16°C, daytime 22?27°C). This is due to clear skies caused by a high-pressure system located over the West Sea.
The lowest morning temperatures on the 24th are expected to range from 12 to 21 degrees Celsius, and the highest daytime temperatures from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. Expected minimum and maximum temperatures in major cities are Seoul 17°C/30°C, Incheon 16°C/24°C, Daejeon 15°C/32°C, Gwangju 16°C/32°C, Daegu 18°C/33°C, Ulsan 17°C/29°C, and Busan 19°C/26°C. The morning low temperatures in Gangneung and Pohang will exceed 20 degrees Celsius, making it hot from early morning.
On the 24th, fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, while other regions will experience 'good' or 'moderate' levels.
