[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Wooseok] An elementary school student was injured after falling while riding an amusement ride at a theme park in Wolmido, Incheon.
On the 23rd, the Incheon Fire Headquarters reported that at around 3:58 PM on the 22nd, a boy identified as A (12 years old) fell from a height of 2 to 3 meters to the ground while riding an amusement ride called "Super Jump" at Wolmi Theme Park in Bukseong-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon. The Super Jump is a ride that moves up and down while spinning around.
A was injured in his arm and other areas due to the accident and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital by the 119 emergency medical team for treatment.
It was investigated that A was riding the amusement ride together with his older sister at the time of the accident. Additionally, A's parents did not notice his fall.
