Suncheon City Election Debate Commission Holds Suncheon Mayoral Candidate Debate (Speech)
[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] The Suncheon City Election Broadcasting Debate Committee announced on the 20th that it will hold the candidate debate for the Suncheon mayoral election of the 8th nationwide simultaneous local elections to be held on June 1, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the 23rd through KBS Suncheon.
According to Article 82-2, Paragraph 4 of the Public Official Election Act, two candidates, Oh Ha-geun (The Democratic Party of Korea) and Noh Kwan-gyu (Independent), will participate in this debate and engage in a heated discussion.
In addition, a speech session for candidate Lee Young-jun (Independent) will be broadcast live on KBS Suncheon from 11 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. on the 23rd.
Meanwhile, the theme of this debate is "Measures to Revitalize the Local Economy," selected with reference to issues collected through public opinion polls and voter topic/question submissions, and the moderator will be reporter Baek Mi-seon (KBS Suncheon).
