US Senate Approves $51 Trillion Ukraine Aid Package
[Asia Economy New York=Special Correspondent Joselgina] The U.S. Senate on the 19th (local time) passed a $40 billion (approximately 51.12 trillion KRW) budget bill to support Ukraine.
According to Politico and others, the Senate approved the budget bill containing additional military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine in a floor vote of 86 to 11. The bill includes $20.1 billion in military aid, $8 billion in economic aid, and $5 billion in food assistance for Ukraine.
