ITM Semiconductor, Full-Scale Entry into the Domestic Electronic Cigarette Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] ITM Semiconductor (CEO Nah Hyokhwi) announced on the 19th that it will exclusively supply the new heated tobacco product "lil HYBRID Ez," launched by KT&G on the 16th.
ITM Semiconductor began production of the "lil HYBRID Ez" in April and has production lines at its headquarters in Korea and its subsidiary in Vietnam. Additionally, the dedicated cartridges for lil HYBRID have been in full-scale mass production since February and are being supplied to KT&G. As the market share of lil HYBRID products is increasing in the heated tobacco market, the company plans to invest in additional production lines, expecting significant sales growth.

Nah Hyokhwi, CEO of ITM Semiconductor, stated, "We expect high sales growth compared to last year due to the expansion of customer share in our existing protection circuit business and the full-scale entry into the new heated tobacco business. We plan to drive sales growth through investment in new production lines for heated tobacco products."
