Eurat Cha~Cha! ... Hapcheon National Industrial Judo Championships Opening
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The National Corporate Judo Championships kicked off on the 18th at the Hapcheon Gymnasium in Gyeongnam.
Hosted by the Korea Corporate Judo Federation and co-organized by the Gyeongnam Judo Association and Hapcheon County Judo Association, this year's tournament entered a three-day competition phase until the 20th.
The event features men's and women's individual and team matches. About 200 athletes from 26 teams are participating to showcase their skills in determining the strongest in national corporate judo. All matches are broadcast live on YouTube.
On the first day, the first round of individual matches will be held for men’s 3 weight classes (-60kg, -66kg, -73kg) and women’s 4 weight classes (-48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg). On the second day, the second round of individual matches will take place for men’s 4 weight classes (-81kg, -90kg, -100kg, +100kg) and women’s 3 weight classes (-70kg, -78kg, +78kg). The final day will conclude with men’s and women’s team matches.
