On the 16th, the Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced that they had applied for an arrest warrant for a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, on suspicion of murder.
According to the police, Mr. A is accused of wielding a weapon while intoxicated at his home in Daehak-dong, Gwanak-gu on the 14th, resulting in the death of a man in his 20s who was with him.
Mr. A voluntarily reported to the police after the incident and was reportedly heavily intoxicated.
