[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Lee Byeongno, the Democratic Party candidate for Damyang County Governor, visited the Damyang County Election Commission on the morning of the 12th to complete his candidate registration and began full-scale election preparations.
Earlier, on the 11th, Lee Byeongno, who received the nomination certificate from the Democratic Party Central Committee, is scheduled to start election campaigning as a registered candidate from the 14th.
Candidate Lee said, "As the Democratic Party's chosen candidate for Damyang County Governor, I will devote all my efforts to the journey of building a new Damyang by uniting the will of party members and county residents."
He also expressed, "I sincerely thank the party members and county residents who believed in and supported me until the end," and added, "I will repay your support by winning the Damyang County Governor election."
In particular, he emphasized the spirit of 'One Team' by sending a message of harmony, stating, "I will gather the capabilities and wisdom of the candidates who participated in the primary to serve as the foundation for building a 'new Damyang.'"
Lee Byeongno, the candidate for Damyang County Governor, stated, "The upcoming June 1 local election will be a stage of harmony and celebration presenting a new future vision for Damyang," and added, "Together with 50,000 county residents, I will design and surely create a sustainable and developing future for Damyang."
Meanwhile, during his 40-year public service career, Lee Byeongno planned and promoted policies closely related to the lives of county residents, such as Meta Provence, the General Industrial Complex, and the Advanced Cultural Complex, achieving results and gaining recognition as an administrative expert.
