Candidate Yoon stated, "We have completed all preparations to begin the grand journey from the 19th to make Naju the central city of Honam and a small but strong city with a population of 200,000."
He continued, "This election is a local election to choose a worker who will lead Naju City, as well as an election to judge the incompetence that wasted the past eight years without seizing the opportunity for a new leap forward, which came once again after a thousand years with the creation of the Innovation City and the establishment of Korea Energy University."
However, Candidate Yoon emphasized, "There are growing concerns among citizens about the movement to intervene in the election with money and government power," and clearly stated, "I will take the lead in making this election an unprecedented policy election and a clean election."
Candidate Yoon pointed out, "Various corruption and bribery cases that have sickened Naju and embarrassed its citizens all started with elections influenced by money and government power," and proposed, "Let the citizens of Naju take the lead in preventing Naju from falling again into the quagmire of injustice and corruption," appealing, "Let all citizens supervise unfair elections and judge them through the election."
