Jeju Air Operates 'Aviation Safety Experience Classroom'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Jeju Air announced on the 8th that it will resume the ‘Aviation Safety Experience Class,’ a cabin crew job talent donation activity that was unable to proceed due to the impact of COVID-19.
Jeju Air cabin crew operated the ‘Aviation Safety Experience Class’ on the 6th at the Jeju Safety Experience Center located in Aewol-eup, Jeju City.
Jeju Air cabin crew provided children visiting the Jeju Safety Experience Center with job experience education including ▲how to wear seat belts and oxygen masks ▲how to use life vests when an aircraft lands on the sea or water ▲aircraft emergency evacuation procedures ▲safety and security duties inside the aircraft ▲and the role of cabin crew.
The ‘Aviation Safety Experience Class’ is a social contribution activity that Jeju Air cabin crew have conducted since 2014, visiting one to two elementary and middle schools nationwide each month, as well as children’s or youth group events and facilities.
