Samsung Wireless Vacuum Cleaner 'Jet' Achieves Over 50% Growth in Global Sales
This Year, 'Bespoke Jet' Also Makes Full-Scale Entry into Overseas Markets
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung Electronics announced on the 8th that its wireless vacuum cleaner 'Jet' achieved global sales growth of over 50% compared to the previous year, including in Korea.
Jet, a wireless vacuum cleaner first introduced in 2019 along with the dustbin automatically emptying 'Clean Station,' has been recognized for its powerful suction and detachable battery, changing the landscape of the domestic wireless vacuum cleaner market. It is currently sold in most regions worldwide.
This year, Jet's popularity continues, with sales in North America in the first quarter rising more than fourfold compared to the same period last year, and in Europe, sales grew about three times year-on-year. Notably, in Poland, Samsung Electronics achieved the number one market share in the wireless stick vacuum cleaner market in February this year.
Riding on Jet's popularity, the 'Integrated Clean Station' and the slim, stylish Bespoke design have been well received, and the 'Bespoke Jet' has also officially entered overseas markets this year. Starting last month in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, it plans to expand into Central and South America, the Middle East, and South Asia in the second half of the year, aiming to expand the market worldwide within this year.
The Bespoke Jet, based on patented technology, features ▲powerful suction ▲an integrated Clean Station that quickly and cleanly empties dust and charges the device ▲a five-stage fine dust emission blocking system, providing a higher level of cleaning experience from start to finish.
