Gyeonggi-do Inspects Safety Management Status of 7 Comprehensive Amusement Facilities
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province is conducting safety management inspections at seven comprehensive amusement facilities in the province until the 13th of this month in celebration of May, the month of family.
The comprehensive amusement facilities subject to inspection are seven currently open out of the ten comprehensive amusement facilities in the province: ▲ Gwacheon Seoul Land ▲ Yongin Everland ▲ Yongin Korean Folk Village Family Park ▲ Paju Honey Land ▲ Hanam Aqua Field ▲ Goyang One Mount ▲ Bucheon Woongjin Play City.
The main inspection items include whether there are response manuals and accident reporting systems in case of accidents, safety inspections of facilities that have resumed operations after long-term closures due to COVID-19, and measures to control visitors during peak seasons.
Minor issues found during the inspection will be immediately corrected on-site, and items requiring improvement will be continuously managed for compliance.
Additionally, the quarantine situation, such as mask-wearing in indoor areas of comprehensive amusement facilities where outdoor mask mandates do not apply, will also be examined.
