The number of recruits is in the double digits, and the recruitment field is IT development positions. Selected candidates will undergo training at an IT specialized training institute before being assigned to practical work, where they will be responsible for tasks such as service development for Lotte ON and creating synergy by combining online and offline data. Applications can be submitted through the Lotte Group recruitment website. All applicants will take a Java coding test. Afterward, technical interviews and practical team interviews will be conducted, and the final successful candidates will be announced at the end of this month.
This recruitment program was designed for the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), who have a high interest in self-development, linking practical training with recruitment. The training will be conducted at the BIT Training Center, an IT specialized training institute, with instructors who have an average of over 20 years of development experience in the field. The training course lasts about three months and covers overall IT development topics such as basic programming skills, server operation knowledge, and web frontend and backend technologies. Lotte ON will cover the training costs, and trainees will also receive a monthly training allowance during the course.
