Andaz Seoul Gangnam, Jogakbo Meat & Co Unveils 'Spring New Menu'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 28th that it will introduce new spring menu items at the Jogakbo Meat & Co restaurant on the hotel's 2nd floor.
The new menu is designed to satisfy the five senses and fully enjoy spring. At Meat & Co restaurant, they prepared spring-inspired dishes such as 'Homemade Fazoletti' flavored with wild chive pesto and spring greens in tomato sauce, and 'Andaz Beef Tartare' served with potato rosti.
The dishes at Meat & Co restaurant capture the vibrant colors of spring in their cuisine. The 'Homemade Fazoletti,' made by kneading edible spring flowers and shepherd's purse into the dough, is served with wild chive pesto, spring greens, and ricotta cheese. The 'Andaz Beef Tartare' includes potato rosti with yuzu aioli sauce, and the 'Andaz 28-day Dry-Aged Bone-in Ribeye' is enhanced with Caf? de Paris butter and cognac flambe flavors.

The spring menu at Andaz Seoul Gangnam Jogakbo is available ? la carte or as a set. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
