Apartmentary and Shinsegae Casa Sign Business Agreement... Strengthening New Business in the Living Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Apartmentmentary, an apartment interior startup, announced on the 28th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with furniture and living company Shinsegae Casa.
According to the detailed business agreement, the two companies plan to offer services such as marketing utilizing customer data resources, joint operation of sample houses, technology service partnerships including augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), development of customer-participatory viral content, and opening Casamia stores with new concepts.
Through this agreement, Apartmentmentary plans to diversify its business areas in the domestic living market. Along with launching the offline direct store brand ‘SPOKE’ and expanding the value chain through material and technology development, it aims to strengthen its position within the living industry as a core business this year.
A Shinsegae Casa official stated, “Shinsegae Casa is planning growth in various directions this year, including developing new offline format stores and expanding digital business. Through the business agreement with Apartmentmentary, which has presented new services in the industry, we expect to create meaningful synergy.”
Junyoung Kim and Soyeon Yoon, co-CEOs of Apartmentmentary, said, “We will actively provide innovative new services that incorporate the strengths of both companies to customers.”
