View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Homeshopping's beauty entertainment show "Lan-sun Beauty," co-produced with Chorokbaem Media, will premiere on the cable TV channel "K-STAR" on the 4th of next month.
According to Lotte Homeshopping on the 28th, the company signed a strategic partnership with Chorokbaem Media in November last year and directly invested 25 billion KRW to secure the position of the second-largest shareholder. As content consumption about celebrities' lifestyles spreads mainly among the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), they planned a unique beauty entertainment show. Starting next month, the show will run for a total of 8 episodes, with celebrities appearing as guests in each episode to introduce trending products, beauty-related trends, and information matching the theme. During the broadcast period, products introduced on Lan-sun Beauty will be showcased through specially scheduled beauty programs on Lotte Homeshopping TV broadcasts.
Lan-sun Beauty, which will air every Wednesday at 8 PM on cable TV K-STAR starting from the first broadcast on the 4th of next month, features Lee Sujeong, a 21-year veteran and representative host of Lotte Homeshopping, along with actress Park Eunhye from Sky E&M and makeup artist Director Won Sugyeong. The first episode will feature actress Lee Seeun as a guest, sharing beauty information under the theme "Unrivaled Preservative Beauty, Basic Care, Skin Expression." Products exposed in the broadcast will be sold in connection with Lotte Homeshopping's beauty programs during the next month, and a joint purchase with special benefits will be conducted through the mobile live broadcast content "Celeb Lounge."
Additionally, every Thursday following the broadcast day, a follow-up show called "Lan-sun Beauty Bible," containing detailed reviews of various beauty products, will be produced and released on the K-STAR YouTube channel. To commemorate the first broadcast, an event will be held offering various prizes to viewers who subscribe to the YouTube channel and leave reviews.
