Ulsan Office of Education Selects Priority Negotiation Partner for Green Smart Future School BTL at Bangeojin Elementary School
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education has selected the preferred negotiator for the Green Smart Future School Bangojin Elementary School Lease-type Private Investment Project (BTL).
The Green Smart Future School project involves transforming buildings that have been completed for over 40 years into spaces suitable for future-oriented teaching and learning.
The total floor area of Bangojin Elementary School is 10,975㎡, and the private investment amount is 24.4 billion KRW.
The selected preferred negotiator for the lease-type private investment project (BTL) is the provisional name "Ulsan Mirae Baeumteo".
The selected company plans to create an open plaza-style library accessible to everyone and proposes a diverse village community space, negotiating the project scale appropriately with the target school.
The preferred negotiator was decided on the 18th after the Korea Educational Development Institute evaluated the private business operator’s project plan.
The Office of Education plans to negotiate with the preferred negotiator on school layout, design, schedule, etc., and sign an agreement by September, with construction starting in January 2023.
