From Land Compensation Procedures to Increase Know-How... Land Compensation Academy Opens
Real estate development information platform Jizon announced on the 25th that it will open the "32nd Land Compensation Academy," which shares everything from the basics of land compensation investment to practical know-how, on the 14th of next month.
The class capacity is 15 people, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting today. The tuition fee is 1.2 million KRW (including VAT and textbook fees) for a total of 10 lectures. The curriculum is designed to build fundamental skills through theory, cover issues and current affairs related to land compensation, and develop practical investment senses through real investment case studies. The lecture "Practical Investment Case Analysis by Land Compensation Property," which analyzes actual auction and public sale properties, will be conducted over two sessions by Jizon CEO Shin Tae-su.
