With the enforcement of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act earlier this year, securing the safety and health of workers at industrial sites with operational and management responsibilities has become mandatory, making corporate ESG competitiveness an important topic.
Accordingly, CJ OliveNetworks partnered with AriaEdge, a domestic augmented reality (AR) specialist company, and introduced ▲Augmented Reality-based Industrial Equipment Inspection System (AR SIS) ▲Remote Collaboration AR Solution ▲Dress Code Access System.
The Augmented Reality-based Industrial Equipment Inspection System (AR SIS) is a management system that allows inspection of work processes using AR technology. Compared to manual inspection methods, it can reduce work errors and automatically save data, making history management simple. Data inspected by AR SIS can be used as evidence in legal disputes related to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
The AR solution is a collaboration tool that enables communication between on-site workers and remote experts without spatial constraints. It connects the smart devices held by on-site workers and the PCs of remote managers to a single server, allowing on-site workers to transmit on-site video and audio, and managers to add visual elements and audio to the received video and transmit it back.
The Dress Code Access System is a kiosk-type access control system that can simultaneously verify whether users are wearing work clothes and confirm the identity of workers. It can be used in food factories, pharmaceutical research labs, semiconductor facilities, and other places where protective clothing, sanitary clothing, gloves, masks, etc., must be worn.
