Mini, Limited Edition Electric Car Targeting MZ Generation Sold Online
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Mini Korea will launch the Mini Cooper SE GEN Z E Edition on its online sales channel, Mini Shop Online, at 3 PM on the 25th. Based on the Mini Electric, Mini's first pure electric vehicle, it features a differentiated design targeting the MZ generation. The upper part of the body has a multi-tone roof with a gradient effect blending three colors. Transparent stripe patterns are applied on the hood and the sides of the body.
The side scuttles and rear feature Mini's unique yellow emblem, indicating it is a pure electric vehicle. It also features 17-inch wheels and black mirror caps. The body colors are available in two options: gray and blue. The interior seats combine gray fabric and black leather to emphasize a lively atmosphere. The upper part of the center fascia includes an 8.8-inch display with touchscreen functionality.
It is equipped with a synchronous electric motor delivering a maximum output of 184 horsepower and a maximum torque of 27.5 kg·m. The single-charge driving range is 159 km combined, and fast charging to 80% takes about 35 minutes. This limited edition will be released with only 150 units in Korea. The price is 47 million KRW (including VAT, based on a 3.5% individual consumption tax).
