LF Food Hakoya launches 3 types of buckwheat fresh noodle convenience meals for summer
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] LF Food announced on the 20th that Hakoya, a ramen and donburi specialty restaurant, has launched three types of buckwheat fresh noodle convenience meals.
The new products include three types: ‘Whole Sesame Perilla Oil Soba,’ ‘Iced Bibim Buckwheat Soba,’ and ‘Bibim Soba with Boiled Pork Set.’ These fresh noodle convenience meals combine the know-how of a Japanese cuisine specialty restaurant with premium fresh noodles and high-quality ingredients such as domestically sourced whole sesame seeds, offering a healthy option.
‘Whole Sesame Perilla Oil Soba’ features premium buckwheat fresh noodles made with 40% savory buckwheat flour, enriched with whole sesame seeds and fragrant perilla oil to enhance its nutty flavor. The ‘Iced Bibim Buckwheat Soba’ uses a multi-hydration hand-pulled method, rolling the buckwheat dough thinly more than eight times to create a chewy and springy texture. By using the included dongchimi broth, it can be enjoyed in two ways: bibim (mixed) style and mul (cold broth) style. The newly released ‘Bibim Soba with Boiled Pork Set’ is a full meal featuring sweet and tangy bibim soba alongside moist boiled pork. It comes with both sweet and tangy sauce and dongchimi broth, allowing for a more diverse taste experience.
LF Food Hakoya’s ‘Three Types of Buckwheat Fresh Noodle Convenience Meals’ are available first at Market Kurly (Whole Sesame Perilla Oil Soba, Bibim Soba with Boiled Pork Set) and GS Fresh Mall (Iced Bibim Buckwheat Soba).
