Kia Chorok Yeohaeng, Vehicle Maintenance Support Event for Families with Disabilities... "Up to 500,000 Won"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Kia announced on the 19th that it will hold a ‘Vehicle Maintenance Support Event for Families with Disabilities’ through its social contribution project ‘Chorok Travel’.
This vehicle maintenance support event was prepared to help families with disabilities, who have had difficulties maintaining their vehicles due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, to have safe travels this spring.
Kia Chorok Travel selects a total of 50 families as support targets by comprehensively considering factors such as the family’s ▲income ▲degree of disability ▲vehicle age and mileage. Afterwards, it plans to support up to 500,000 KRW per family for necessary vehicle maintenance costs, including ▲vehicle inspection ▲engine oil change ▲replacement of consumables.
Any member of a family with a vehicle who has a disability can apply for this event on the Chorok Travel website from the 20th until May 15th. The selection results will be individually notified on May 19th. Selected families will receive vehicle maintenance support through Kia AutoQ maintenance reservations.
A Kia official said, "This Chorok Travel vehicle maintenance support event was held to help families with disabilities enjoy comfortable travels this spring," adding, "We will continue to strive to support the free and safe mobility rights of people with disabilities in line with our vision to provide sustainable mobility solutions."
