According to the personnel hearing request sent by President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol to the National Assembly on the 16th, Kim reported an apartment in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, jointly owned with his spouse, valued at 2.093 billion KRW. Under his own name, he owns deposits (327.65 million KRW), a 2016 Genesis vehicle (23.98 million KRW), and securities (306.59 million KRW).
His spouse holds deposits of 148.16 million KRW and securities worth 290.01 million KRW, while his eldest son owns deposits of 80.84 million KRW and securities of 25.58 million KRW.
His mother refused to report assets citing "support by others" as the reason.
