"Together with the Younger Generation" ... Korea Housing Finance Corporation and Busan City Create an 'Age-Friendly Busan'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) will sign an agreement with Busan City and the Korea Senior Human Resources Development Institute to create an ‘Integrated Generation Elderly-Friendly Happy City.’
The agreement was made to support the safe and healthy elderly life and to create an environment where young people and the elderly coexist together.
HF Corporation, in collaboration with Busan City and the Senior Human Resources Development Institute, will promote four projects: ▲Creating a generation fusion upcycle community ▲Operating safe houses for elderly living alone ▲Improving awareness of the elderly ▲Integrated generation projects.
Through these projects, they plan to create jobs for elderly with insufficient income, conduct emergency inspections of safety equipment for elderly living alone households, and carry out community contribution activities where seniors utilize their talents together with young people.
