Taekwang Group Appoints Chairpersons for 3 Foundations "Committed to Talent Discovery and Support"

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Taekwang Group announced on the 13th that it has appointed Professor Lee Jae-hyun of Seoul National University, Professor Lee Woo-jin of Korea University, and Director Seo Hye-ok of Sehwa Art Museum as chairpersons of the Ilju School Foundation, Sehwa Academy, Ilju Academic and Cultural Foundation, and Sehwa Art and Culture Foundation, respectively.
Professor Lee Jae-hyun graduated from the Department of Media and Communication at the College of Social Sciences, Seoul National University, and previously worked as a researcher at Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) and as a professor at Chungnam National University.
Professor Lee Woo-jin graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University and served as president of the Korean Econometric Society. He is currently active as director of the Health and Welfare Center at Korea University, editorial board member of the Budget Policy Research at the National Assembly Budget Office, and director of the National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences.
Director Seo Hye-ok holds a Ph.D. in Film Arts from the Graduate School of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film at Chung-Ang University. She previously served as dean of the Graduate School of Arts and director of the Social Education Office at Chung-Ang University. She is currently a professor at the Graduate School of Arts at Chung-Ang University.
