Motorcycle Driver Dies After Colliding with Three Passenger Cars in Seocho-dong
Police Scheduled for Investigation on Violation of Special Act on School Violence
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A motorcyclist died in an accident after colliding with three passenger cars in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
According to Seocho Police Station on the 11th, at 1:01 PM that day, a motorcycle driven by a man in his 40s, Mr. A, collided with three passenger cars on a road near the courthouse and prosecutor's office intersection in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu.
Mr. A was taken to a nearby hospital but died, while the three drivers of the passenger cars were confirmed to have no life-threatening injuries. One pedestrian hit by flying debris at the accident scene also sustained minor injuries and received hospital treatment.
During the collision, one of the passenger cars crashed into a nearby utility pole, prompting Korea Electric Power Corporation to conduct an inspection, but no power outage occurred.
