Signiel Seoul Stay Hosts Gala Dinner with Michelin 3-Star Owner Chef Yannick Alleno
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] On the 18th, for one day only, the modern French restaurant STAY at Signiel Seoul Hotel will host a "Michelin 3-star Owner Chef Yannick All?no Invitational Gala Dinner."
According to Signiel Seoul on the 11th, this gala dinner marks Chef Yannick All?no's first visit to Korea in three years and is organized to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Signiel Seoul's opening.
Under the theme "The Essence of French Cuisine Combining East and West," Chef Yannick All?no will participate in the entire process from menu development to cooking, presenting "French Modern Cuisine" that incorporates domestic seasonal ingredients into authentic French dishes.
Known as the crown prince of French cuisine, Yannick All?no is a legendary chef who has captivated the world's palate by elevating his restaurants worldwide, including La Grande Table and All?no Paris, to top-tier establishments since 2008.
The gala dinner course will feature a total of eight courses, including STAY's signature dishes reimagined with originality: ▲Perilla leaf tempura and herbs ▲Jeju red shrimp tart ▲King crab ravioli with golden enoki extraction ▲Sweetfish served with seasonal asparagus ▲Grilled Korean beef tenderloin and calisson made with potatoes ▲Two desserts (white cocoa and cocoa meringue).
Alongside the courses, six types of French wines boasting perfect pairings will be offered. The wines, selected by sommelier Jeong Jaehoon, who was awarded the French Bordeaux Wine Knight title, will enrich the flavors of the dishes.
The gala dinner, starting at 6 p.m. on the event day, is limited to 80 guests. The price is 450,000 KRW per person for the course menu with wine pairing, and 250,000 KRW per person for the course menu only.
