The young people participating in this recruitment will be finally selected through basic competency evaluation, document screening, and interviews according to the number of recruits in each region. The finally selected young people will strengthen their basic competencies through customized preliminary education according to their level and receive about 400 hours of professional training. The professional training will be conducted as practice-oriented education including data analysis project planning, analysis techniques, use of analysis models, and execution of practical research projects.

After completing the training, the young people will be assigned to their desired institutions among more than 160 administrative and public institutions nationwide to perform and support data analysis tasks for six months.
