Attaching Video Content QR Codes to Cultural Heritage Information Boards
The Cultural Heritage Administration will hold the "Whisper Whisper, Introducing Cultural Heritage! Children's Cultural Heritage Interpretation Scenario Writing Contest" for elementary school teachers and students nationwide from the 11th to the 22nd. This event was organized to expand the children's cultural heritage signboard project installed through collaboration between Andong Affiliated Elementary School of Daegu National University of Education, which was selected as an excellent case for improving cultural heritage signboards last year, and Andong City. Developed as storytelling content, it aims to make cultural heritage easy to understand and serve as a foundation for promoting local cultural heritage. The theme is cultural heritage signboards located in elementary school areas. Fifteen selected teams will write scenarios and produce cultural heritage guide video content over four months. A Cultural Heritage Administration official explained, "We will support an activity fee of 350,000 won, scenario review, and guide video production," adding, "We plan to attach video content QR codes to the cultural heritage signboards." For detailed information including how to apply, please refer to the Cultural Heritage Administration website.
