Gyeongsang National University and Swiss Port Korea Sign Business Agreement for Growth of Aviation Logistics Industry
Collaboration on Industry-Academia Cooperation Tasks and Joint Development of Programs
Gyeongsang National University and Swissport Korea are taking a commemorative photo after signing a business agreement on the air logistics industry and donating 10 million KRW to the development fund.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Gyeongsang National University and Swissport Korea signed a business agreement in the reception room on the 3rd floor of the university headquarters at the Gajwa Campus to contribute to the growth of South Korea's air logistics industry.
The event proceeded in the order of opening, introduction of attendees, signing of the agreement, donation ceremony, remarks by CEO Kim Jong-wook, and remarks by President Kwon Soon-gi.
Both organizations agreed to actively cooperate in the future on ▲ joint development of industry-academia cooperation tasks and programs ▲ workforce training in the air logistics industry ▲ education for Swissport Korea employees.
Additionally, Swissport Korea donated 10 million KRW to Gyeongsang National University on this day. The fund will be used for education, research, and student scholarships.
Gyeongsang National University, through this agreement with Swissport Korea?which operates the best performance and infrastructure in the industry for air ground support centered around Incheon Airport?has created an opportunity to enhance the diversity of the aviation industry, including workforce training in the air logistics sector for students.
Swissport Korea officially entered the Korean market in 2005 when Swissport International acquired shares of Globe Ground Korea.
