Fairmont Ambassador Seoul M29 Collaborates with Fever-Tree for Guest Bartending Promotion
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The rooftop bar M29 on the 29th floor of Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 2nd that it will hold a guest bartending promotion in collaboration with Fever-Tree, a premium mixer brand that uses natural ingredients sourced from around the world.
This promotion is held to celebrate the spring opening of the M29 terrace. It features Fever-Tree's tonic water and ginger beer as the main theme. Guests can enjoy original creative cocktails by Fairmont Seoul's head bartender Changho Shin, Bar Soko's owner bartender Seokho Son, and Le Chamber's owner bartender Jaejin Lim. The promotion will run for two weeks until April 14. On the 8th, limited cocktails by guest bartenders will be available. In addition, four Fever-Tree set menus that pair well with cocktails can also be enjoyed.
