The ‘Running National Ombudsman,’ organized by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, is a system where specialized investigators from the commission visit local areas to collect residents' grievances and difficulties and devise solutions through mediation among the parties involved.
It provides consultation services for complaints in all areas of daily life, including grievances or inconveniences related to administrative and public institutions, local government dispositions, welfare blind spots outside the system, legal issues, consumer damage relief, land disputes, and labor relations.
